About the role
The Administrative Support Manager ensures smooth and efficient business operations by handling scheduling, maintenance, coordination, and extensive paperwork. This role supports the Managing Director and expatriate staff, overseeing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and facility management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage travel logistics including air tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, and related communications.
- Prepare LOI and application letters for guest visits and conferences.
- Support expatriate transitions and coordinate home item shipments.
- Maintain the Managing Director’s calendar and assist with expense settlement and quarterly reporting.
- Oversee physical facilities, equipment maintenance, and office supplier relationships.
- Assist in arranging management and general meetings to required standards.
Required profile
- BA degree in Administrative Office Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
