Campaign Manager – GTM & Demand Generation

About the role
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) and demand‑generation campaigns across multiple sectors, practices and geographies. You will translate strategic plans into weekly execution roadmaps, mentor a team of Lead Generation Specialists and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to sales.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise multi‑touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calling) aligned with industry use cases and solution value propositions.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, SQL conversion and pipeline creation.
- Drive segmentation, targeting and account prioritisation using an ABM‑lite approach.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Manage campaign tools including CRM, email automation platforms and data enrichment tools.
- Create dashboards and deliver weekly performance reports to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with global outreach best practices and continuously refine messaging based on performance insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience executing GTM and demand‑generation campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team of specialists.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
- Excellent collaboration skills with BD, marketing and sales functions.
