About the role
Pangolin Marketing is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive full‑funnel growth for B2B SaaS, climate‑tech and impact‑driven companies. You will blend creative storytelling with data‑driven experimentation to build revenue‑generating campaigns that move prospects through complex buying committees.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute full‑funnel growth strategies, from positioning and messaging to funnel optimization and attribution.
- Form hypotheses, run tests, and scale tactics that prove effective while discarding under‑performing ideas.
- Translate technical product value into clear, human‑focused narratives across channels.
- Collaborate with clients to build experimentation roadmaps and measure pipeline influence, CAC by channel, and conversion rates.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign execution without relying on pre‑written playbooks.
Required profile
- Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and unblocking yourself without daily supervision.
- Strong written communication skills; able to craft clear briefs and reports.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, forming hypotheses with incomplete data.
- Curiosity and structured thinking outweigh formal credentials.
