About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Growth Business Partner to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This remote, commission‑only role offers complete flexibility – you work when you want and are paid based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies in your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s solution, highlighting how it reduces screening time and improves hiring quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, answering questions and guiding them through adoption.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help refine the product and partner program.
• Manage your own pipeline and track results independently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or talent acquisition.
• Strong network of decision‑makers in HR or hiring functions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
