Customer Support & Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a hybrid Customer Support and Sales Specialist who will own the end‑to‑end customer experience, from first contact through retention and expansion. You will combine problem‑solving expertise with a sales mindset to drive satisfaction and revenue growth for our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
• Maintain high CSAT scores by troubleshooting product issues and guiding users through key features.
• Identify churn risks and implement proactive outreach to retain customers.
• Listen to customer needs, uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and present premium features or expanded contracts.
• Lead product demonstrations, negotiate terms and close expansion deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Become a product expert and clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in a combined customer support, customer success or inside‑sales role, preferably within a SaaS or e‑commerce environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong commercial orientation and a proven track record of meeting sales or revenue targets.
