About the role
The Associate Business Development Manager will support the company’s growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships and assisting in partnership development. Working closely with internal teams, the role contributes to revenue expansion and market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and business pitches.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
- Support partnership and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement and maintain accurate business development reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
