End to End Supply Chain Manager

About the role

People First Consult is seeking an experienced End‑to‑End Supply Chain Manager for a leading industrial manufacturing company in Ethiopia. The role will oversee the full supply chain, from procurement through production planning to distribution, driving efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supplier management, demand forecasting and production planning.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging and other production inputs.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, logistics and product distribution.
• Optimize procurement costs, inventory levels, working capital and resource utilization.
• Monitor supply chain performance, manage operational risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the supply chain team and coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory control and logistics.
