About the role
Hill Bottom Properties develops luxurious apartments designed as a peaceful retreat from city life, located near Ayat Roundabout, about 9 km from Megenagna. It is looking for real estate sales consultants who can convert leads into successful transactions and work on-site full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage clients through calls, referrals and site visits
- Present the apartments clearly and confidently
- Lead property tours and answer client questions
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Convert leads into sales
- Report performance metrics regularly
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Required profile
- At least 6 months of real estate sales consultancy experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales or real estate is beneficial
- Ability to work on-site full-time, manage time well and handle several client engagements at once
Required skills
- Real estate sales and customer service skills
- Training mindset and willingness to learn about products and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic use of email, spreadsheets and CRM or lead-tracking tools
