About the role
Addis Life Real Estate is looking for a motivated, target-driven Special Sales Consultant to join its growing team. Candidates without real estate sales experience will not be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build strong client relationships and manage follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Required profile
- Sales experience; real estate experience is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Results-driven, proactive and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
