About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales‑Driven Customer Support Specialist to combine empathetic problem‑solving with proactive sales. Working remotely, you will turn everyday support interactions into revenue opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during support calls.
• Suggest product bundles and upgrades to increase average order value.
• Convert general inquiries into confirmed sales through relationship‑building and product knowledge.
• Maintain high CSAT scores while meeting daily and weekly sales conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (≥25 Mbps upload and download).
• Personal PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Quiet, professional home office suitable for voice calls.
