Senior Manager, Center of Excellence – Acceptance

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager for the Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on Long Tail Acceptance across the CEMEA region. You will shape multi‑year strategies, align regional priorities with global roadmaps, and drive the delivery of best‑in‑class acceptance products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a multi‑year strategy for CEMEA Long Tail Acceptance, considering regional ecosystems, payment methods, regulations, and digital payment mixes.
• Collaborate with Global Acceptance Product leaders to deliver product roadmaps on time and within budget.
• Align regional priorities with Visa’s Global Acceptance Solutions roadmap.
• Deliver products and services that exceed client expectations.
• Work with Sales, CS, Risk, and VAS teams to execute go‑to‑market plans.
• Structure client implementations based on global guidance for seamless roll‑out.
• Enable Visa and partner sales channels, providing market‑driven pricing guidelines.
• Support selling teams in understanding client business and technical needs.
• Lead pre‑sales activities and oversee implementation and post‑launch optimization.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or more than 8 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in the payments industry, preferably in product management or strategy within an acceptance products and solutions organization.
• Understanding of the acceptance landscape and alternative payment rails across CEMEA is an advantage.
