Sr. Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Bridgeline Technologies is an AI startup transforming pre‑construction bid leveling. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will work directly with the CTO and a small, autonomous team to build and ship AI‑powered features across the entire product stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate AI flows using LLM‑powered Cloud Functions.
• Build and maintain backend services on Firestore, GCP Cloud Functions, and serverless architectures.
• Develop responsive front‑end experiences with React/Next.js (TypeScript) focused on speed and usability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and release workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and raise the overall quality of the codebase.
• Identify and fix gaps in architecture, testing, and reliability.
• Perform end‑to‑end debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production verification.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• 4+ years with Next.js or React and Node.js.
• Strong TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Firestore/Firebase a plus).
• Serverless background (GCP Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Comfortable owning CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Self‑starter who can unblock themselves and work independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and at least 4 hours overlap with ET.
