About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring while earning competitive commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution fits into hiring workflows and support new users during onboarding.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral, including bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without set quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and recruiting tools.
