About the role
Wegagen Bank is seeking a Branch Manager – IV to lead the daily operations of one of its branches. The successful candidate will ensure that all banking activities are carried out in line with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all branch banking operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor service delivery, transaction processing, and customer interactions to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce operational guidelines, risk controls, and audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve branch performance targets and contribute to the bank’s growth strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a Business Manager‑III role or equivalent banking management experience.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational best practices.
