About the role
The Goh Betoch Bank S.C is seeking a Customer Service Officer III to join its Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Department in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to bank customers and supporting daily banking operations. The officer will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and promoting the bank’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
- Process and verify banking operations in accordance with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and report operational issues to senior management.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and the opening of savings accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related business field.
- Minimum three years of experience in banking operations.
