About the role
Goh Betoch Bank S.C, founded by 11 visionary individuals to address Ethiopia’s housing backlog, is seeking a Customer Service Officer III to join its Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Department at the head office in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will support the bank’s front‑line operations, ensuring that client interactions are handled efficiently and in line with the institution’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service for banking transactions and inquiries.
- Assist clients with account‑related requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related business field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in banking operations.
