About the role

The Customer Service Officer will work within the interest‑free microfinance business of Yegna Microfinance Institution, based in Addis Ababa. The role supports the institution’s mission by assisting clients with their banking and micro‑finance needs.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in the banking or micro‑finance sector.
BA degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
