About the role

YEGNA Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. (YEGNA SACCO) is a member‑owned financial institution that promotes a strong culture of saving and provides accessible, affordable, and reliable financial services such as savings accounts, credit facilities, financial literacy programs, investment opportunities, and insurance. As a Customer Service Officer you will join the team that assists members with inquiries, supports account operations, and helps deliver these financial products and services.

Required profile

First degree in accounting, banking or a related field
1‑2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Preferably experience working in a SACCO, micro‑finance institution or bank
