Ecosystem Trainer – 4‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

The Ecosystem Trainer will support Tiko’s health ecosystem in Ethiopia by ensuring that clinics, providers, and retail partners can effectively use the Tiko platform and its services. This is a four‑month maternity‑cover contract based in Addis Ababa.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training to new clinics, providers and retailers on platform functionality, standard operating procedures, code of conduct and related policies.
• Maintain an inventory of all actors on the platform and monitor that each has a sufficient number of trained staff at all times.
• Communicate new offers, demonstrate how to access them and train actors on their implementation.
• Identify, prevent and respond to any fraudulent activity, flagging and reporting suspicious behaviour in line with Tiko’s policies.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy with strong familiarity with mobile devices, messaging apps and digital applications.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse community‑based organisations, health clinics and retail partners.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced nonprofit environment.
