Field Sales Representative

About the role

Prime Software Solutions is seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to promote its software solutions across Addis Ababa. You will work independently in the field, building relationships with businesses and driving new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses and potential clients on a regular basis
• Present and promote software solutions tailored to client needs
• Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress

Required profile

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong motivation, confidence, and self‑discipline
• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge
