About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale large field sales operations across multiple regions. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, driving distribution strategies, and expanding market presence in dynamic sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies for multi‑branch or multi‑region operations.
- Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers and large field teams.
- Oversee distribution and field execution to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to ensure continuous growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing multi‑branch or multi‑region sales operations.
- Strong leadership background in sales, distribution, and field execution.
- Track record of managing Area Sales Managers and large field teams.
- Experience in fintech, FMCG, telecom, banking, or distribution is preferred.
