About the role

Meftihe Microfinance S.C., a micro‑finance institution operating across urban and rural Ethiopia, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance function at the head office.

Key responsibilities

Oversee finance operations at the head office.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Required profile

BA or MA degree in Accounting.
4–6 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
