Junior Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Officer to join Bunna Bank’s growing team. The role offers a gateway into banking operations for fresh graduates eager to develop client‑facing and back‑office skills.

Key responsibilities

• Open new accounts, maintain customer registers and ensure proper document custody.
• Process counter transactions, cheque deposits and handle returned cheques.
• Assist senior CSOs with back‑office tasks, daily reconciliations (ATM/POS/Merchant/Branch books) and clearing suspense accounts.
• Promote bank products, digital channels and support deposit mobilization.
• Recruit new clients, build relationships with merchants and agents.
• Respond to customer inquiries while maintaining service quality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance or related field.
• No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
• Professional certificates in Computer Applications, Management Information Systems (MIS) or IT Fundamentals are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations, presentable appearance and a team‑oriented mindset.
