Learning Content Specialist

About the role

The Learning Content Specialist will join Menzies Aviation's learning team to design, develop and maintain a comprehensive operational learning portfolio. The role focuses on legal, regulatory and high‑risk areas across ground handling, fuelling, cargo, lounges and presentation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and create learning content, securing input, review and approval from internal stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain operational procedures and learning assets in line with company manuals (GOM, CHM) and industry standards such as IATA AHM.
• Design innovative learning interventions and training products.
• Review existing learning approaches and champion new delivery methods.
• Stay current with L&D trends, regulatory changes and industry developments.
• Ensure the learning portfolio is accurately maintained and aligned across all learning systems.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of the Learning Development Policy and expertise in content design and development.
• Ability to collaborate with regional teams and coordinate with subject‑matter experts across the network.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a corporate learning environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 authoring tools.
• Experience using Synthesia, Vyond, Canva or similar animation programs.
