About the role
The Principal Compliance Officer will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the bank’s enterprise‑wide compliance framework. The role ensures that all banking operations, products and services meet applicable laws, regulations and internal policies while fostering an ethical culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor and enhance the bank’s compliance framework across the enterprise.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, regulatory reviews, monitoring activities and investigations.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory services to business units on regulatory matters.
- Support the Enterprise Compliance Division Manager in promoting a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
Required profile
- University degree (MA, BA) in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields.
- At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior compliance or risk role.
