About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant who will focus on outbound cold calling to generate motivated seller leads for our investment business. The role is fully remote and involves building rapport with property owners, qualifying leads and supporting our acquisitions team.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 300–500 outbound calls daily using provided lead lists and dialer software.
  • Engage homeowners, assess their motivation to sell, and collect property details.
  • Enter accurate call notes and lead information into the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow‑up calls for acquisitions managers.
  • Send follow‑up texts and emails as required.
  • Handle inbound seller inquiries when assigned.
  • Track performance metrics and report lead outcomes.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales or customer service.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication with a neutral accent.
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily call volume targets and maintain a quiet home office.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer and headset.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or REsimpli.
  • Experience using dialer tools like Mojo, CallTools, Batch Dialer, XenCALL or ReadyMode.

What we offer

  • Base pay of $400 every 4 weeks plus performance bonuses for qualified leads and closed deals.
  • Opportunities for advancement to Lead Manager or Acquisition Specialist.
