About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth for a Hilton hotel by analysing market trends, developing client relationships and creating targeted sales strategies. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients and the hotel, ensuring a high‑level guest experience and sustained business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
  • Design and execute creative local marketing initiatives, including social‑media campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attend sales events and represent the hotel as required.
  • Produce accurate reports on appointments, calls, and leads for senior management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Relevant academic background and degree‑level qualification.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
