Sales Engineer – Technical Solutions for Water & Energy

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Engineer who blends strong technical expertise with excellent customer‑engagement abilities. The role focuses on identifying client needs, designing tailored technical solutions, and driving revenue growth across water supply, energy, pumping and solar technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, bills of quantities, system designs and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined planning and execution.
• Provide after‑sales technical support and on‑site assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in solar water pumping, electromechanical systems or energy solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven and customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
