Senior Accountant – Credit Control

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will lead credit control and debt management for our telecommunications business. The role focuses on maintaining a healthy debt portfolio, optimizing investment returns and supporting customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Monitor and analyse the debt portfolio to keep it within agreed risk parameters.
• Identify opportunities to improve returns on investments linked to receivables.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit issues that affect client relationships.
