About the role
The Senior Branch Follow-Up Officer will support Yegna Microfinance Institution by overseeing branch performance, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving operational excellence across our network.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of microfinance branches.
- Conduct regular follow‑up visits to assess compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvement plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector.
- Minimum of 3 years total professional experience.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
