Senior Change Management and Partnership Officer

The Senior Change Management and Partnership Officer will support the division manager in driving change initiatives for strategic projects and building and managing key partnerships. The role involves developing and implementing change management strategies, communication plans and training programs, identifying risks and resistance, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption. The officer will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, prepare regular reports, and track partnership performance metrics. Responsibilities also include identifying and evaluating potential strategic partners such as banks, fintechs, government agencies, NGOs and private sector players, negotiating collaboration agreements and MOUs, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and following up on the implementation of joint initiatives. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience in a similar officer role, preferably within the banking industry, and a total of 3.5 to 5.5 years of experience in related fields. Candidates should hold a BA, MBA or MA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Strong analytical, communication and project coordination abilities are essential to support cross‑functional teams and contribute to the bank’s readiness for Ethiopia’s evolving capital market environment.
