About the role
The Senior Customer Service Officer will support the interest‑free micro‑finance business by delivering high‑quality service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information on micro‑finance products.
- Assist clients throughout the loan application and repayment process.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in banking or micro‑finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of banking or micro‑finance operations.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
