Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

About the role

Enat Bank is seeking a Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to lead the development, implementation and review of the bank’s strategic plans and performance monitoring processes. The role will support profitability analysis, budgeting and reporting to ensure the bank meets its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct activities related to the preparation of the bank’s strategic plan.
• Participate in the management and annual review of the strategic plan.
• Follow up on profitability activities of the division and the bank.
• Consolidate and prepare the annual plan and budget.
• Prepare and consolidate action plans for the bank.
• Periodically summarize bank performance compared with peer banks.
• Gather and maintain data on the banking industry.
• Consolidate and prepare the annual performance report.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• MBA, MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields.
• 3.5 to 5.5 years of experience in banking operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer role.
