Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help brands grow their online presence. You will design and execute social strategies that boost reach, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Plan, create and schedule graphics, videos, captions and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organised, creative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
