Trainee Banker – Interest Free Banking

About the role

The bank seeks a motivated graduate to join its Interest Free Banking (IFB) unit as a Trainee Banker. The role offers hands‑on exposure to IFB products and services, supporting the bank’s mission to serve underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the objectives of Interest Free Banking activities.
• Maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of IFB products and services.
• Support daily banking operations related to IFB.
• Collaborate with senior staff to monitor performance and improve processes.
• Assist in delivering high‑quality customer service for IFB accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Must have passed the national exit exam with a CGPA of at least 3.00.
• No prior experience required, but a background in the banking sector is mandatory.
• Demonstrated integrity and strong communication abilities.
