Advisor to the CEO (Deputy CEO Level)

About the role
Provide independent, evidence‑based strategic and management advice to the CEO by analyzing critical business, financial, organizational, customer, operational and external‑environment issues, assessing strategic options and their implications, conducting targeted reviews and analyses, and delivering concise recommendations to support informed executive decision‑making, effective strategy execution and resolution of complex matters.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years in senior management, strategic, advisory, business leadership or equivalent senior professional roles in banking or financial services
- Demonstrated experience in executive‑level analysis, strategic planning, business performance, organizational issues and preparation of senior‑management/Board‑level decision materials
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Banking or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA/CPA, CIMA, FRM, PMP or equivalent may be considered an added advantage
