Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME (Dessie District Office)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME will lead business development activities for the branch team in the Dessie district. The role focuses on attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth within the Retail and MSME market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control business development initiatives for the assigned region.
• Drive deposit and loan growth by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.
• Promote and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services to enhance value‑add relationships.
• Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on sales and marketing practices within the financial services context.
• Engage senior leaders and stakeholders to align business priorities.

Required profile

• BA degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Retail and MSME segments.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, network, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management and leadership capabilities.
