About the role
Kagool is seeking a detail‑oriented Commercials Analyst to support the full commercial lifecycle of client engagements. You will work closely with project managers, delivery leads, sales, finance and customers to ensure contracts, milestones and invoicing are managed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating, reviewing and administering customer contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs) and change requests.
- Maintain contract records, track approvals, renewals and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Monitor project milestones, maintain trackers and coordinate customer acceptance and sign‑off activities.
- Facilitate hand‑over of approved milestones to Accounts Receivable for invoicing and support revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Produce regular reports on milestone status, customer sign‑offs and invoicing readiness.
- Support internal audits, improve commercial templates and governance controls.
Required profile
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.
- Professional demeanor when liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
