About the role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies in your network. This is a flexible, referral‑based position that lets you work on your own schedule while earning commissions on premium subscriptions you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies that could benefit from modern, AI‑assisted hiring.
• Present Flowmingo’s value proposition, demonstrating how it reduces screening time and improves candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding prospects through the adoption process.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help refine the product and partner program.
• Operate independently, managing your own pipeline and tracking results.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, or HR consulting.
• Strong network within the hiring or recruitment space.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
