About the role

Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company is hiring a Customer Service Officer I for its Sebeta branch. The incumbent will interact with clients, provide information about the institution’s inclusive financial and non‑financial services, and support daily branch operations.

Key responsibilities

Deliver front‑line customer service to branch clients.
Answer inquiries about micro‑finance products and related training services.
Assist clients with routine administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Required profile

BA or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year (BA) or 2 years (Diploma) of relevant experience, preferably in a micro‑finance institution.
Fluency in Afan Oromo is mandatory.

Required skills

Proficiency in Afan Oromo language.
