Customer Service Specialist (On-site, Addis Ababa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Addis Ababa office on a full‑time basis. The position involves handling inbound phone inquiries during a shift that runs from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am local time. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring each interaction is resolved efficiently and leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and address customer questions and issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
• Maintain a consistent, positive experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Document interactions, update records in the company system, and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work the specified night‑shift hours and be present on‑site in Addis Ababa.
