Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. The role focuses on improving online visibility, creating engaging content, and analysing campaign performance to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as open rates, website traffic and conversions.
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging and identify trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages and product launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a personal computer meeting minimum specifications.
