Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and assist with key marketing initiatives across Shopify and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Manage website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
