Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on improving online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing content and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Help manage website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
