Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its online visibility and sales initiatives. This remote position will help drive traffic to the Shopify store and other marketplaces through email, SEO, and content projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
