About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and assist key marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
