Digital Marketing & Content Creation Associate

About the role

Konjo Foods is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Creation Associate to strengthen its online presence and tell the story of Ethiopian-made products. The role combines social media management, visual content production, and support for digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, photos, and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Capture product photography and behind‑the‑scenes footage from manufacturing operations.
• Develop fresh content ideas to promote products and boost brand awareness.
• Monitor social media engagement, prepare basic performance reports, and assist with promotional activities.

Required profile

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
• Strong creativity, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to produce content in Amharic and/or English.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt new ideas.

Required skills

• Graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe applications.
• Basic photography skills for product and operational shots.
