About the role

The Ground Transportation Director will lead the NCAA Ground Transportation program, overseeing workflow, technology and daily operations throughout the year. This senior role combines a passion for sport, transportation and event management to deliver seamless travel experiences for NCAA events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the workflow, technology and daily operations of the NCAA Ground Transportation program.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of the program’s progress across the calendar year.
• Serve as the primary super‑user and administrator for program systems.
• Develop and nurture relationships with the NCAA, internal Ground Transportation team and motorcoach vendors.
