E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our Shopify store and marketplace product listings fresh, engaging, and optimized. You will combine content creation, data analysis, and SEO tactics to boost visibility and drive traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces, ensuring accurate information and compelling copy.
• Write and refine email content, product descriptions, and other marketing copy.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and test messaging effectiveness.
• Use Excel to analyse performance data, track key metrics, and manage product information.
• Support SEO initiatives and broader digital‑marketing campaigns to increase organic traffic.
• Coordinate a wide range of product lines and brands, guaranteeing consistency across all listings.
• Review sales data to identify top‑performing items and reorganise listings for optimal exposure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience managing e‑commerce product listings on Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting product copy.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital‑marketing tactics.
