Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns. This remote position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys coordinating marketing assets and engaging with the community behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Support return‑trend tracking by analyzing portal data.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and emerging trends when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to data detail.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and project‑management platforms such as Asana or ClickUp.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Capability to manage shifting priorities calmly and clearly.
